I found the breakfast options limited and on one occasion, the serving spoon at the buffet still had remnants of food from the day before. I also encountered issues with the bathroom cleanliness upon check-in, which took a while to fix. The staff seemed overwhelmed at times, which affected the overall service. Parking was another hassle, with the garage being closed, leaving me to park on a busy street or a dirt lot that made my car dirty. While the location wasn’t in the heart of Amman, having a pharmacy and grocery store across the street was helpful. I'd rate my stay average due to these mixed experiences.

The staff were accommodating, especially one member who went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable.
